Blue Whale and Korea will create a waste battery recycling ecosystem.

November 26, 2025 - In a recent interview with The Seoul Economic Daily, CEO Robert Kang shared Blue Whale Materials (BWM) strategy to align its proprietary pre-processing technology with proven partners in refining to build the most efficient, end-to-end pathway for battery recycling.

During the interview, Blue Whale and Korea will create a waste battery recycling ecosystem, Robert Kang noted, "We will aggressively target the US used battery recycling market by leveraging our battery procurement capabilities, production technology, and partnerships with Korea.”
